If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days on all qualifying returns (Less Shipping & Handling).
Domestic and international returns must be returned to us within 30 days from the purchase date. All returns are eligible for a refund in accordance with the original payment method. After 30 days, at our sole discretion, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached. The item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Without showing any signs of damage or wear in any way.
- Within 30-days of the purchase date (after 30-days no returns are allowed)
- Items must not have been worn, used, altered, ironed, washed or dry cleaned.
- All original tags MUST be attached (they must not be removed) and include undamaged original packaging. Items must be returned in the conditions in which they were received.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the items.
NOTE: When trying on clothing, please take special care to ensure you are not wearing any deodorant or cologne that can leave a mark or scent.
Gift cards sales are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash, no returns accepted.

All returns MUST be authorized! To prevent delays, we ask that you adhere to our return instructions. We recommend to send the items via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.
